Our Team

As a developmental specialist, my focus is on creating personalized services and care for children and their families at Prosperity Support Services, Inc.. Dr. Rawls does developmental and psychological testing to diagnose and provide clear developmental strategies for short and long-term goals. With a family-centered approach, she helps children and families understand and become prosperous when faced with developmental, behavioral, and diagnosed conditions.

As the Clinic Director, Camille manages our day-to-day operations for Theraplay Georgia and Prosperity Support Services Inc. She does developmental testing and oversees the daily implementation of strategies for each child to meet their individual milestones.

As Director of  Speech and Development, Tiara oversees how each child is meeting milestones by developing and implementing individualized strategies. In addition, Tiara trains team members to use differentiated instruction during each clinic session. 

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Mrs. Harpers' job is to plan, develop and monitor a variety of behavioral support services. In addition, she implements comprehensive treatment plans and provides direct staff supervision.  

Ashlyn determines what services a child qualifies for based on state regulations. She develops short- and long-term treatment plans and serves as an interface between the family and the service provider. In addition, she coordinates communication between therapists and medical personnel, provides direct services, and renders developmental and educational experiences for children as a way to improve their sensory and physical ability.

Tameya works with our families to establish and work toward their children's goals and to help improve any developmental delays, whether they be Adaptive, Social, Motor, or Cognitive.
