As a developmental specialist, my focus is on creating personalized services and care for children and their families at Prosperity Support Services, Inc.. Dr. Rawls does developmental and psychological testing to diagnose and provide clear developmental strategies for short and long-term goals. With a family-centered approach, she helps children and families understand and become prosperous when faced with developmental, behavioral, and diagnosed conditions.

As the Clinic Director, Camille manages our day-to-day operations for Theraplay Georgia and Prosperity Support Services Inc. She does developmental testing and oversees the daily implementation of strategies for each child to meet their individual milestones. Her main goal is to provide quality, integrity, and excellent outcomes of services delivered. Ms. Camille ensures interventions align with best practices and steps in and handles high-risk cases. A key part of her job is to ensure all staff are properly trained to provide exceptional services

Ms. Tabitha is an exceptional Director of Operations with extensive experience in directing services for children in need. Her purpose is to make sure everything runs smoothly, provide compliant services, and support high-quality services so care can consistently run smoothly. She manages cancellations, waitlist and intake flow. She ensures sessions run on time, resources are available, and troubleshoots daily issues.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Mrs. Harpers' job is to plan, develop and monitor a variety of behavioral support services. In addition, she implements comprehensive treatment plans and provides direct staff supervision.

Mr. Chris is our ball of energy BCBA, who oversees our 370 division. He focuses on data analysis to collect data, graph, and analyze behaviors to evaluate progress. Chris maintains accurate and timely reports of client sessions and outcomes. In addition, he makes data-driven decisions for program modifications. Collaboration is key in ABA. Mr. Chris coordinates care with families, teachers, therapists, and other professionals. He provides parent and caregiver training to promote consistency across environments and communicates findings and progress clearly and ethically.

Larissa works with our families to establish and work toward their children's goals and to help improve any developmental delays, whether they be Adaptive, Social, Motor, or Cognitive.
